3rd Colorado Utility Efficiency Exchange
Hosted by City of Aspen Utilities
Integrating Carbon Footprint and
Demand Response with Energy Efficiency

October 21-23, 2009
at Aspen Meadows Resort, Aspen, CO

Colorado Utility Efficiency Exchange goal is to facilitate a networking and professional development conference for staff representatives of energy and water utilities serving Colorado and neighboring states who are responsible for developing and implementing customer programs related to energy/water efficiency, renewable energy, demand response and key account customer management. This event is expected to attract about 75-100 utility and sponsor organization staff as well as trade allies that provide products and services to support utility programs. The agenda will focus on best practices from regional utilities. This conference is not about how to influence policies or motivate utilities to take action, but rather how utilities that already recognize the need and value are developing and implementing customer programs.

This three-day event begins at noon on Wednesday and ends at noon on Friday. Hosted receptions will take place Wednesday and Thursday evening.

Call for Posters! For 2009, the Colorado Utility Exchange is adding a "Poster Session" on Wednesday evening. Topics may include any aspect of a utility-sponsored energy efficiency and/or renewable energy program. Poster presenters are expected to stay with their poster throughout the informal, interactive session. For consideration, submit your poster session topic of 50 words or less to ethomas@utilityexchange.org by no later than Friday, September 11. The most compelling topics will be selected by the Committee and presenters will be notified.
