WYECIP is a simple, quick way for facility owners to implement and finance energy conservation measures. WYECIP facilitates performance contracting, which a method of funding energy conservation measures through guaranteed energy is saving.  Find out how Performance Contracting works, meet some of the approved Energy Service Company, and learn how you can use WYECIP to complement utility conservation programs and DSM to achieve implementation goals.
