Wyoming Home Performance Alliance is a voluntary initiative that allows Wyoming-based energy utilities and developers, government, education, and private-sector organizations to publicly demonstrate their commitment to encouraging Wyoming residents to take control of rising residential utility costs by using a comprehensive "whole-house" approach to make energy-related improvements. The WHP Alliance provides a forum for energy utilities and other organizations to enhance and expand WHP program offerings statewide as attention focuses on the most expensive-ever home heating season starting this fall. Founding WHP Alliance Partners include Black Hills Power and subsidiary Cheyenne Light, Fuel, & Power; SourceGas, and Wyoming Rural Electric Association (WREA). www.wyominghomeperformance.com

Your organization is invited to participate in this second annual event! The 2nd Wyoming Utility Efficiency Exchange event goal is to facilitate a networking and professional development conference for staff representatives of energy and water utilities serving Wyoming and neighboring states who are responsible for developing and implementing customer programs related to energy/water efficiency, renewable energy, demand response and key account customer management. This event is expected to attract about 50 utility and sponsor organization staff as well as trade allies that provide products and services to support utility programs. The agenda will focus on best practices from regional utilities. This conference is not about how to influence policies or motivate utilities to take action, but rather how utilities that already recognize the need and value are developing and implementing customer programs.
This two-day event begins with a buffet lunch on Thursday and ends with a buffet lunch on Friday. A hosted reception will be presented on Thursday evening for registrants, sponsors, senior utility managers and board members. Sessions on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning will feature interactive “utility snapshot” 5-minute panel presentations as well as 30-minute “best practices and lessons learned” presentations in the same room as sponsor poster-banner presentations. All meals and hospitality are included in the two-tier registration fee that encourages utility and government staff participation.
Billboard Display. All hosts and sponsors will receive a billboard display around the perimeter of the meeting room (see graphic). We believe this special recognition is a more environmentally sustainable alternative to the traditional table-top or pop-up exhibit. All sponsors and supporters will be invited to provide a “camera ready” graphic file which will be reproduced on stretch fabric and erected using light-weight material. This solution reduces the carbon emissions associated with each sponsor and supporter transporting their own display.
