Sponsor Diamonds at RMUE

Banner Display/Table Space

Depending on your sponsor choices, you may have selected a table space. Tables will be placed around the room perimeter using the floor plan on the Sponsor page.

If you selected Prominent Logo Placement as a benefit, you will have your logo featured in the "Diamond Display".

Sponsor Showcase Lightning Round

Up to three (3) minute presentation (you will be timed) during general session just ahead of Wednesday evening reception. You must submit slides in advance for compilation into a timed deck, no more than five slides per presenter. One slide about the company, one or two slides about a client case study, one slide about why they should come talk to you at the table later, and a secret word. Audience will be asked to listen closely and identify key words in order to be entered into a random drawing for valuable prizes. Sponsor showcase presentations must comply with the Presenter Policy, and should be prepared on the RMUE PowerPoint Template - wide screen preferred. A Sponsor Showcase Orientation will be held, and showcase presenters are required to participate.

Exhibitor Move-in and Move-out

If you reserved a table display area (floor plan at bottom of the Sponsor page), you are welcome to set-up anytime before 12:00 noon or after 5:00 pm on Tuesday or before 8:00 am on Wednesday, and tear-down anytime after 5:00 pm on Thursday or before 8:00 am on Friday. How do I request a W-9 or other special forms for my accounting department?

You can download a W-9 for UtilityExchange.org. CLICK HERE. If you need special grant or vendor forms completed, please send them to [email protected].


What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation and Refund Policy.  We understand your organization's travel plans may be in flux due to current industry challenges.  Please know that our policy is to allow any attendee to cancel registration with full refund and no penalty fees if you notify us by Friday, Sept. 25 (i.e. the business day before the conference starts) and any sponsor may cancel their registration by Friday, Aug. 28.  

How do I pay invoices for get a copy of my receipt?

Invoices and receipts are sent automatically. If you did not receive it, check your spam, and have your IT team whitelist [email protected] to ensure you receive UtilityExchange communications and notifications (such as password resets, registration confirmations, invoices, and receipts). You can also always find your invoices in your profile, either to pay or print a receipt:

  1. Sign in at www.utilityexchange.org
  2. Select "Member Home Page" in the sign in box (just above the log out button)
  3. Click on "My Profile" tab that now appears below "Hello" tag
  4. You'll see another "My Profile" tab, hover over that to find "Invoices", and you can go from there.
