Registration

2018 registration is open at 12th Rocky Mountain Utility Exchange. As a presenter you must pay the registration fee. Travel and lodging must be booked separately and are not included in the registration fee.

Please make your hotel reservation (your event registration does not include your hotel accommodations)

Presenter Policy

PowerPoint Templates

Presenters are encouraged to use the RMUE PowerPoint Templates, at least for their opening and closing slides. See the RMUE Presenter Policy for further details. The wide-screen format is preferred, but a standard template is also available.

Poster Presenters

Example poster display

You will be provided with a stand that will allow you to clip your poster board of up to 30"x40" size onto the stand with a 12-inch square shelf for you to place business cards or a flyer. No electrical connections or other table area will be provided. You will be expected to set-up your Poster during lunch on Wednesday and take it down following the evening reception. Sponsors of the event will be expected to stand near your Poster during the Networking Reception from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday to describe your poster and answer questions.


General and Breakout Session Presenters

You and/or your co-presenters have been assigned a 30-minute time slot for PowerPoint slides or other presentation materials, including questions and answers. Make sure to plan at least 10 minutes for the Q&A discussion. Please help us stay on schedule by beginning and ending promptly. Plan to bring a copy of your presentation with you on a USB drive to upload to the conference laptop connected to the PowerPoint projector. We will keep a copy of your presentation on the conference laptop so we may upload it to the event website proceedings afterwards. Presentations must be approved by co-chairs in advance. Modifications will NOT be accepted on site with co-chair approval.
